General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Reservation
In order to secure your desired date, a reservation fee of CHF 150 is payable upon conclusion of the contract. This fee is non-refundable. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total amount.
2. Payment
The remaining amount must be paid in full at least four weeks before the event. If the booking is made less than four weeks before the event, the entire amount is due immediately upon invoicing.
3. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the reservation fee is forfeited.
Any payments already made in excess of the reservation fee will be refunded in full no later than four weeks before the event.
If cancellation occurs within four weeks of the event, the entire invoice amount is due
4. Changes
Adjustments to the booked package (e.g. extension of the usage time) can be made by arrangement and will be charged accordingly.
5. Travel expenses
Travel expenses will be agreed upon individually, calculated at CHF 0.80 per kilometer and shown separately.
6. Property rights
The drawings created during the event are intended for the private guests. Commercial use by the customer or third parties requires a written agreement.
For the sale of art prints
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for art prints placed by customers directly with Sandra Joachim (‘Seller’).
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the art prints on my website or in other media does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded as soon as I confirm the order by email.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices quoted are final prices.
Shipping within Switzerland is included in the price.
For deliveries abroad, additional shipping costs and, if applicable, customs duties or taxes may be incurred, which are to be borne by the buyer.
4. Terms of payment
Shipping will only take place after payment of the invoice.
- The payment deadline is 10 days net.
- Payments are non-refundable.
5. Delivery and shipping
All art prints are produced on high-quality, certified paper.
Each print is signed and numbered by Sandra Joachim
Shipping method:
- Formats up to A4 are packaged flat.
- Larger formats are carefully rolled for shipping.
Delivery time in Switzerland: usually 5–10 working days after receipt of payment.
6. Deviation and quality
Slight colour differences between the screen display and the original print are due to technical reasons and do not constitute a defect.
Each print is a high-quality art product – small deviations in the printing process underline its uniqueness.
7. Cancellation / Return
As these are limited edition art prints, there is no right of return unless there is a proven defect.
Damage caused during transport must be reported immediately upon receipt.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Sandra Joachim until full payment has been made.
9. Copyright
The copyrights to all art prints remain with Sandra Joachim.
Any reproduction, digitisation or commercial use of the motifs is prohibited without my express written consent.
10. Final provisions
Swiss law applies.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
